Resolved! Old Number Not ported

Had to swap to EE Sim from Plusnet on 21st December, PAC code obtained and supplied etc and confirmation email said it would be active in 24 hours. We're now at January 3rd and I still don't have my old number ported across?

Hello, so I got sent two new sims because I got a new phone but the sim tray doesn’t open in the iPhone 14 Pro.  I then rang up EE and they said to transfer it to ESIM and so I did and it didn’t work and then I rang three more times on different days...
