my phone has deleted the eSIM from my phone, I can’t make or receive any calls. I need help my phone won’t work with my house wifi

@Kemal22  You need to call customer services from a different phone on 0800 956 6000

The SIM enables network access, so your lack of ability to make or receive calls is a symptom of not having a working SIM.

Your phone should still work with any wireless router for internet-based functions, if that's not working it won't have anything to do with EE's mobile network. Lack of a working SIM will prevent use of WiFi-calling though.
