Can't call or text anyone

I recently got an upgrade but I can't call or text. I put the sim back into the old phone and the same thing happens. What do i do? I clearly can't call 150 but I think I need a new sim sent out. Please help ASAP

Same situation with me. The transfer form doesn't work, it won't accept the PAC. Very frustrating. I'd really like to use this new EE SIM I've just bought.

Dear everyone in the ee communityI have had numerous amount of Sim cards for the number ending in 280 and after a couple of months, it shows on the keypad up cancel  and callback and my Sim card does not ring out I can only receive incoming calls why...
