Can t activate my sim

I bought an ee card and I can't activate it. I live in Belgium.
I put it on my phone after I loaded €10 and I can't make calls or send messages and I can't even use the internet

Welcome to the community,

If you did not activate the SIM card in the UK and make a chargeable call or send a text message in the UK, then it will not work, as all SIM cards have to first be used and activated in the UK first.

If you know someone in the UK and you can send the SIM card to them to get it activated and have a chargeable call and text made on it and then sent back to you, then it will work.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

@Florin05  aside from not been able to activate it even if you could activate it, you would need to pay a roaming charge in order to use any allowance which will last for seven days roaming on PAYG isn’t free.    your better of getting a local network operator sim as you live in Belgium. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
