SIM card disconnecting

I recently used an eSIM from EasySim global for use in Iceland.  This worked well as it had before but this time when I’ve returned to the UK my Primary sim keeps disconnecting.  I have been home 24 hours and I have had to turn my phone off about 6/7...

HelloI was told that my e sim would be active at 5pm today, not received any text or email, instead my physical Sim has been blocked , e sim had not been activated either,what am i supposed to do , any help will be much appreciated
