Wants to convert to E-SIM

Hello there, i bought physical sim from the store but not able to have it converted to an esim yet. i needs assistance in converting it. I have multiple different ways, but of no use.

You bought a SIM but did you take out a contract on it or is it a PAYG SIM? There are no eSIMs for PAYG.
