Resolved! Suspended account

I have set this phone up for my dad as emergency no. As he land line sometime goes down. It has been suspended i didn't realise as I just topped it up today for him thinking that was why I couldn't call him. How do I get it unsuspended?

add a mobile pay as you go plan

How the heck do I add a prepaid plan to my mobile phone, I have a sim already & I have topped up so there is credit there, but there is no plan? the website is not user friendly at all.

Top-up not credited to my ee account

I top-up 10£ to my sim account using my debit card but not credited and the balance is still 0 and the worst is when i check my debit card accnt. they charge me two times (20£).. what can i do

EE Packs

I was in Pack15 before I switched to Pack10. I have £10 in my balance but can’t activate Pack10. Been sending Pack10 to 150 but still doesn’t give me the data. The balance still remain in my account and can’t get online
