Wifi Calling on PAYG

Hi.

Can't get wifi calling to work on my payg sim. Short story is, I used to have an ee contract but got a works phone, so swapped to ee payg to keep access to ee etc. on my personal mobile. 

Wifi calling used to work on contract, but not now I'm on payg. Have tried all the suggestions, checking settings, rebooting, location on and off, flight mode off and on... etc.

Also have a Tesco sim and wifi calling works fine on that.

Any ideas? 

Phone is Samsung Galaxy S22 5g on Android 15.

** Quick edit... there is virtually no signal where I am on EE. Is there any other way to contact cs other than by phone? **

Do other internet-based functions work on your phone, over a WiFi-connection?

Can you directly correlate the change in WiFi-calling behaviour, with your migration from PAYM>PAYG? You should be reporting this to EE-CS if so - it may require a single-user fault being investigated.

EE don't have any email contact, and online chat is only for pay-monthly customers. CS are on 07953 966150 from any working phone.

Yep, everything else works fine.

And I noticed it around the same time as the switch.

I'll have to call them when I've got a signal on either line. Was just hoping for an alternative form of contact, given my circumstances.
