Resolved! reactivate my sim

Hi,I haven't used my sim in a while and my service seems to be deactivated. I've tried calling 150 to reactivate but it says i need credit however the sim has credit. When I sign in on EE.co.uk i see i have £8.10 and everything looks normal.

Resolved! cannot buy packs with credit tried all the methods

I have tried all the suggestions for messaging 150 on the app and the website i get errors and cannot buy a pack with my credit resorted to spending £20 for 10GB which is an appalling value. how do we resolve this?

I have 30 day rolling subscription pack. I didn't have enough money in my bank so my subscription hasn't been applied. I have looked elsewhereand found a better deal.How can I cancel this rolling subscription with EE?
