Add 125gb to my current plan

Hello there,

I initially set out to get unlimited data, but was instead offered a 125GB top-up for £30. At the moment, I’m still on my current plan of £10 for 20GB. The chap I spoke to assured me that the remaining 8GB would be topped up and everything would reset by midnight. However, I’m only seeing 4GB of data available now, and there aren’t any credits showing on my account either.

Would you be so kind as to look into this for me? Many thanks in advance for your help!

@sholamay03 : What does texting AL to 150 from your no. fully report verbatim (it is free)?

Look in your online MyEE Add-ons for the other 12GB. Sometimes it doesn't kick in until you have exhausted the normal ration.
