Old sim on account

Hi I’ve just got a new sim and I can’t seem to get it onto my old sim account which makes topping up very hard help please

Thanks for coming to the community.

When you say you have a new SIM, is it a brand new number or a replacement SIM for the existing one?

What happens when you try to login to view the SIM?

You can also top-up using our Fast Payment service, which just needs the mobile number and card details.

Is your old a/c also PAYG?

You can still top it up even if it is not registered to an a/c by using the Fast Payment service suggested by @Michael_D .
