No add ons showing

Ive got a PAYG Sim, which I have topped up. I dont want a recurring “subscription pack” but  just an add on data deal.However no add ons appear for selection in my app. This has been happening for ages.

My normal pay as you go pack is £20 but yesterday i payed £10 i have used £1.60 worth of credit if i pay £10.60 will i be able to get my normal £20 pack ?
