Problem with credit

Good evening, I used the network in Edinburgh while on vacation. I chose to recharge every month, not a package (pay as you go) just a subscription. After that a text message came to me "To use data on your phone, you need an add-on or pack. Click here to buy http://add-on.ee.co.uk/text." This SMS confused me, because I thought I had to recharge my number through the bundle to activate the subscription, which I had theoretically already paid for, but I had no information from the payment provider. The payment on the bank statement appeared late. Thus, I topped up my account on two occasions - by pack (pay as you go) and subscription. After returning to the country, I canceled the subscription. Unfortunately, I forgot to deactivate the package. Information on how to cancel the package (pay as you go) was difficult to access. This way I have useless credit  in my account that I will not use. Is it possible to receive a refun

We don't have an email based team I'm afraid @maetamorphosis.

The pay as you go team are only available over the phone.
