I can't buy add ons

Hello, I want to buy the unlimited add-on. I have more than £50 on my account, but when I send an SMS with "UNL Data" to 150, I get this message: "Sorry, this add-on isn't available. Please visit the EE app or reply with 'add Data' for information on our available options."  How to solve this problem?

Visit http://add-on.ee.co.uk/purchase when not connected to WiFi to see what data add-ons are available. Is the Unlimited Data listed there?
