Flip7 order issue

I preordered the Flip7 through the online website and recieved confirmation of such upon funds being withdrawn from account. 

Since then I have recieved no reply or update regarding this and at 1am last night the deposit was put back into my account and Monzo has said that the money was given back to me as the merchant has taken too long to collect it. What does this mean? As I have already signed an agreement for a 36 month contract. I was sat on hold for an hour earlier and have tried to reach out at every avenue to no avail. 

I have recieved no email regarding this cancellation or if it even has been cancelled im not sure. 

I cant look online at my orders as it says timed out every time I use my reference number. Just a bit of clarity would be ideal as I want to search elsewhere for a phone but im not sure if its even coming or not as nobody has reached out during any of this. 

I find the lack of customer service absolutely abhorrent to be totally honest.
