Ive been trying to link my new broadband to the app, but when i try it requires a billing number that shows up on my broadband bill. However, to get this i need to look at my bill through the app, which i cant do until i link the broadband to the app, which i need the bill to do. Does anyone have any advice to help?

You are talking about a fixed Home BB contract?
