After updating app broadband settings in app not working. Seems like EE has problems!!

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

Hi yes updated app, no difference, Iam using I phone 13 pro .

Have you tried reinstalling the app since noticing this issue too?

Also is it only certain aspects of your account that you can't see here, or are you unable to view anything broadband related full stop?
