Adding/ Removing number to/ from EE account

I have just switched to PAYG and am struggling to add my number to my EE account.

It says I need to go into store with ID or to call 150 but I’ve been waiting ages and can’t get through! Do I really need to do all that just to assign my number to my app? 🤦‍♀️

I also have an old PAYG number assigned to my account.. how do I remove that?

  1. You should be able to add a no. w/out going to a store. In your online MyEE: Home > Plans & Subs > Manage numbers > Add another number > Link EE mobile or SIM.
  2. To remove a no. in your online MyEE: Home > Plans & Subs > Manage numbers > Remove number > Confirm.
