I have just switched to PAYG and am struggling to add my number to my EE account.
It says I need to go into store with ID or to call 150 but I’ve been waiting ages and can’t get through! Do I really need to do all that just to assign my number to my app? 🤦♀️
I also have an old PAYG number assigned to my account.. how do I remove that?
