Hi, Today i logged in my account i got that Your account’s cancelled.Please help how can i get my access again?I have sim card.

No i have not made changes.
Currently i am in Pakistan Sim was roaming perfectly but now it is not
working.
Please hlep me to activate it is very urgent.

Here is not possible for me to call a team.
Is there any option of live chat to sort it.
I just want my sim start roaming as it was roaming perfecly here in
Pakistan.
I need OTP on my sim that i was receiving for my busniess account.
Please help me out.

@onlyumairimtiaz , are you on contract our pay as you go? If on pay as you go, there is no live chat, but if on contract, check the Ee App 9or o log into your account via the website, click on manage and you should find it there.

If you have something like Skype, you may be able to ring them for free, see my signature.

Hi,

My account is closed.

When i click pay your final bill it shows error.

Please help me to recover my account.

I want to recharge and use my EE sim.

Currently i am in Pakistan.

Even my mibile app attempt are finished.

Help me to reactivate my account.

Are you on EE PAYG or pay monthly contract. 

When did you last make a chargeable call or text.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
I am PAYG.
I have open my app Notififaction shown that your account is closed pay your
final bill.
When i clicked to pay the page shows we can not load this information.
What i do now?
