@onlyumairimtiaz , are you on contract our pay as you go? If on pay as you go, there is no live chat, but if on contract, check the Ee App 9or o log into your account via the website, click on manage and you should find it there.
If you have something like Skype, you may be able to ring them for free, see my signature.

Hi,
My account is closed.
When i click pay your final bill it shows error.
Please help me to recover my account.
I want to recharge and use my EE sim.
Currently i am in Pakistan.
Even my mibile app attempt are finished.
Help me to reactivate my account.

Are you on EE PAYG or pay monthly contract.
When did you last make a chargeable call or text.
You might need to contact EE (UK hours) via Skype and the number in my signature.
