My Pay as you go SIM isn't receiving texts

I have a dual sim phone, one sim works okay (the contract 5g one) but my pay as you go isn't doing anything. Is anyone able to help? Texting to 150 doesn't work at all, I just get a notification saying "not sent" 

I am not able to buy a pack with top up credit

I am not able to get a Pack with my top up credit and I have £20 credit on my account but when I text 150 for PACK20, it asks my credit card details to get the pack but I already had in my top up.

PAYG sim not working

Bought a sim online last week for my son, was delivered on Thursday but it has no signal, tried it in two phones, said on leaflet with card that it takes 2 days for balance to appear, is there something i should be doing to activate the sim?

my account shows a credit of 10 GBP, but when i try to call 150 from my phone, it says that I don't have any credit
