Is my sim card banned?

I got my sim card unavailable after i used all my data. I also visited EE store and staff told me to contact support but each time i tried to call customer service and telling them my phone number my call was ended. Maybe i was banned for some reason...

Pay as you go to contract

I have a pay as you go account with EE, I’ve just bought a contract with EE with a new phone. Can I use the old Sim and keep the same number in my new iphone? Do I also need to cancel my pay as you go standing order asap?

I’ve just joined EE and had previously paid £20 for a monthly package (payg) however, it’s asking me to top up?? Why would be the need of this.

Resolved! Pre paid card

Hi there, I was wondering if any else has received their pre paid card, but when you click show card details, it just comes up as "request unsuccessful"

Wont let me top up

I've tried topping up my phone via a voucher says systems down and puts me through to customer service which I've been waiting over 45 minutes completely terrible service I'm 100%  changing my network
