Ok so I got a new sim payg, topped up £10 all went through got confirmation text etc, BUT its not showing any data allowance on my account. It says I have a £10 pack and all i need to do is make call text or browse but its not changing anything. Am I doing something wrong, is it using my pack allowance or not? How often does it update/refresh? One part says I have £10 credit and I should top up or use it to buy an addon, and other part of dashboard says I have a pack. This is really confusing.

What does texting AL to 150 from it fully report verbatim (it is free)?

Hi there, thanks it's all working now. I started using data and it seemed to update itself. Seems really fast too. Thanks for your help.
