Switching to monthly payment

Hi, I am currently using my EE sim service by monthly top-ups. However I wish to switch to monthly payment option by by debit card. Whenever I go to choose my subscription pack, add my card details and click on confirm details the continue, the page automatically refreshes and doesn't let me proceed further. Can I get help as to why this is happening.

@aastha18 : Before choosing a pack are you going in your online MyEE to "Set up Card Payments" in the middle of its landing page:
