Sim wont activate

Hi, i bought an EE sim from a supermarket the other day with supposedly 15 quid and the it shows on my tablet but it won't give me internet

PAYG Pay by card. Get 10% off

I make the option with direct card payment for the £10 subscription pack for every 30 days, hope can get the 10% off offer.However, the discount did not appear on the traction. It took £10 on the designated day. Why can't I get the discount?
