Hi!
I have urgent office work and need to top up data with £40 unlimited to get the 600GB data but unable to login via App or EE website. It says 'Your app is being improved'. Until when this is going to show? My work is being affected due to these issues.

Welcome to the EE Community
Hopefully you have since been able to access your online account and buy the data you need. If you did already have the credit available to purchase additional data, for future reference you can also buy data via text by texting ADD DATA to 150 from your phone and following the information in the reply.

Try using Fast Top Up online with a UK bank card. You don't need to login or register anything. All you need is your mobile no. & it doesn't remember your card details.

I'm unable to add data using my top up credit. Please help. I have £44 in top up credit. I don't have money in UK bank card.
