So i have a pay as you go sim. Been on EE for a year or two now and my sim card has just died. So i tried ordering a replacement off of the website... put in my info for a physical replacement to be posted to me, said it would cost 1.50 pounds and that would be taken from my 12 quid balance... fine ... 3 weeks later no sim sent... tried again.... 3 weeks later still no sim... so i try from the ee app, another 3 weeks still no replacement. Can some one help me get a sim sent out to me as this is beyond a joke now. and no i cant call them to order another one.
