I purchased a SIM card, completed the registration and payment for the plan, it worked the first day and now it doesn't work anymore. I chose a plan for £25 to be topped up every month.

I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you're having with your SIM. When was the last time you were able to use this, and do you receive a response when you text 'AL' to 150?
