Add on purchase failing

I have topped up my pay as you go SIM with £20. I am trying to purchase a data add on with my top up balance, but I get an error when I confirm the payment and then a text message from 150 saying "IMPORTANT: you need £20.00 credit to buy this add-on....

Resolved! Topping up

I have a £30 subscription pack. I have used up my data for the month, and it won't renew til the middle of next month. So I topped up with £30. Two hours later, it still says I have £30 in my account, but no data available.
