Add on refund please

Hello, I mistakenly bought three add-ons related to calling abroad: (1) Rest of World Minutes (2) EU Minutes (3) 100 mins add-on. 

Please can these be cancelled and can I get refunds? I haven't used any of these yet.

I need to call Switzerland and mistakenly thought I can call to this country with the above add-ons, and only realised that Switzerland isn't included in any of these after buying.

To discuss your account and the removal and refund of those add-ons you will need to give us a call as we have no account access via these forums.

For future reference we do have a calling abroad page which can show the costs and available add-ons for a specific country.

International calls & texts to overseas nos. from UK can be rather expensive but EE has a add-on, for £2.16 pm for those on contract or free for some legacy PAYG, that can be applied for to give these calls & texts at a fraction of the standard rates.
