I just bought a plan and it did not start immediately. Stating that it would start on the 9th of March as the previous Subscription it meant to expire. How to I make this start now.

Hi @Soniaoby 

Welcome to the community. 

If you are on pay as you go and you have purchased a pack, you can text NOW to 150 and that should start your pack.
