Money missing

I topped up my phone recently with 10£ so my pay as you go would just roll over but now when I checked I am short 18 pence. I do not know how this could happen... can yiu please help me? As I do not wish to add another 10£... but I need my pay as you go 10£ option.

WE have no account access here in the forums and do not know who you are. I would suggest speaking to customer service, as they can take a look at your account and see what is going on.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.
