New sim arrived

Hi My new sim arrived today. I paid £10 less 10% online yesterday before it was dispatched £9 deal. I’ve put the sim in and it says I have no data, I also added my puk code yesterday when I completed the form. I’ve had a text to say the number will transfer in the next 24hrs so my app shows the number for the delivered sim but no credit calls or texts (no £9 payg payment showing). I don’t know whether to top up again or whether I’ve topped up my old number ready for when it transfers or if the payment was taken (credit card so not yet showing on statement) or if when the number is updated on the app if my credit will show. Bit of a chore really. Any advice appreciated

@mrdtrotter : You should still have your pack allowances even before your no. is ported.

What does texting AL to 150 from your no. fully report verbatim (it is free)?
