Cannot Subscribe for 20Pack

Hello, I have £20 credits in my account but cannot subscribe for the 20 Prepaid pack. This issue only happened two days ago when trying to renew. This is the first time having this issue and have been using the same method for over a year.

Resolved! Suspended account

I have set this phone up for my dad as emergency no. As he land line sometime goes down. It has been suspended i didn't realise as I just topped it up today for him thinking that was why I couldn't call him. How do I get it unsuspended?

add a mobile pay as you go plan

How the heck do I add a prepaid plan to my mobile phone, I have a sim already & I have topped up so there is credit there, but there is no plan? the website is not user friendly at all.

Top-up not credited to my ee account

I top-up 10£ to my sim account using my debit card but not credited and the balance is still 0 and the worst is when i check my debit card accnt. they charge me two times (20£).. what can i do
