Barrage of text messages

I'm getting two or three texts an hour telling me I've run out of data, which I haven't and I have another pack lined up. I rang 150 and they passed it to technical support who said they will stop- but they have not.  PLEASE MAKE IT STOP.

Data add on

It says underneath the 2gb (7day) add on that the pack lasts 0 days, does that mean the pack lasts only the day you buy it or does it last 7 days
