Any way to check If PAYG sim is 25mbps capped without heading to the store

I had 2 EE PAYG sim's and I cannot find notes on my Mac to tell me if the one I trashed or the one I kept is data limited. Is there any SMS shortcode to check or do I need to head to the store?
