Do I need to switch to the new pack myself?

Right now I'm still on 30gb for £20 and have been on that for the last 6 months, along with the free 40gb offer, but that runs out tomorrow.

So do I change over to the 50gb for £20 pack or is that automatic, because it's the same price?

Also will I still keep my free 500mb boosts, if I change?

Thanks.

The current £20 pack is with 50GB data. You should go onto that next renewal. You will retain your free Boosts.

Does texting ALL PACKS to 150 offer you that £20 pack?

Yeh, it shows the 50gb pack when I text to 150.

My pack renews via direct debit, so I guess I should go into my EE and choose the 50gb pack, right now? My renewal date is tomorrow night.

I don't believe you need to do that. It should auto renew to the latest £20 pack.

Okay, I guess I will see tomorrow what happens. Thanks.

The pack never automatically changed to 50GB... Lesson learned, I guess

Oh, sorry 😞 ! I now do wonder whether you'd got the same had you chosen PACK20 in response to the ALL PACKS. Maybe you'll discover next month.
