My credit

I recently top my credit up to £10.00 however saying that it’s not there but my bank says it’s gone out and I would like to pay my £10.00 pack why hasn’t it gone through.

Direct debit pay as you go

£9 is taken monthly but nothing as been taken or rolled over so I am without credit, why is this and would i lose my add on that I have got if I topped up
