Why do I have to have credit to listen to my voicemail? I'm paying as you go and have a VM but I can't hear it as I haven't out credit on. I have no intention or topping up my phone yet- its unfair I have to pay to listen to a FREE service

Barrage of text messages

I'm getting two or three texts an hour telling me I've run out of data, which I haven't and I have another pack lined up. I rang 150 and they passed it to technical support who said they will stop- but they have not.  PLEASE MAKE IT STOP.
