Unwarranted Charge

I have been charged a roaming charge for a call I did not make. How do I get this put right on PAYG There appears to be no way of contacting EE apart from 150. Will I be charged for texting 150 from the EU?

0 data on a new 50Gb sim?

I have recently purchased a sim-only pack for £20 giving me 50Gb of data. However, my account shows only £10 credit and zero bytes of data available. How can this be and what can I do to resolve it?

PAYG roaming code not working

I’ve been texting ROAMEU7D to 150 since arriving in France, as instructed by you for the 7 day roaming pack. It’s not working. I have credit on my account. No option to do it via the app or webpage either.

I just paid for internet 100GB for 35 £ my internet start working and then it doesn’t work, also it’s 4G can i upgrade it to 5G?Thank you

My pack is not going

Hello , I have purchased a new sim from ee. I have top up with £ 15 balance and now I am trying to subscribe to pack of £10 / 8gb. It goes to the screen and then it says we have deducted £ 0 from your balance and my balance stays the same at £ 15.
