Top Up Problem

Hello,

I have a problem with EE. I can't pay the top up online it is not accepting my visa card. I tried several times although my visa card is working elsewhere.

I am abroad at the moment so I can't pay in store, and I need to renew the package.

I have tried the live chat page but it doesn't pop up to message. Any Help please ?

Is your Visa card with a UK bank?

Try using Fast Top-up online to pay by UK bank card. You don't need to login or register anything. All you need is her mobile no. & it doesn't remember your card details.
