I've managed to get to the payment page. I click on add a credit card. Fill in all details. Hit submit and it will show that the credit card number has not been entered. It has.
I need to change this as a payment is due in 4 days and I'm out of the country. Meaning my Wi-Fi is going to go off at home. And with it all the security cameras!!!
There's no chat or email to get in touch with anyone. I can't call as I'm overseas and I did try and was on hold for 50 mins. You have to pay for overseas calls.
Help!!!

Is this a pay monthly contract or a pay as you go account that you're looking to change your payment details for?

It's a subscription pack that is charged every month. So pay as you go I believe.

Yeh thanks, I did. Tried on my phone AND my PC.
Even tried 2 different cards in case it was that.
Do you know there's a glitch going on right now?

I'm not aware of any glitches, @Toopie28.
Could you try when connected to mobile data and WiFi? Also, if you have a different browser on your PC, that would be great too.
