I have orederd a samsung a57 yesterday, its says arival is today but still no change in tracking details when i look?

Have you downloaded the DPD app? You can keep an eye on it, you will receive notification the day before delivery and another one on the day with a one hour window with a PIN number which you show the driver before receiving your device.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 7953 966 or +44 330 123 1105.
