Resolved! Can’t link number to ee account

I’ve just transferred from a business plan to pay as you go and tried linking my phone number (number didn’t get changed) to my ee account and it comes up with an error. I can’t top up my sim without the number being on an account

My sim has not been in use for over a year now ,  i travelled out of town, i realizedi can no longer make outgoing calls .what can i do about this ? how can i get this fixed?
