Wrong plan added

I’ve accidentally added a £5 pack instead of £15  and the £5 doesn’t give me enough data too last the month is there anyway way I can switch plans even though the £5 one has started or maybe get a refund so I can add the £15

Roaming not working loaded &20/-

I have converted my contract to pay as yu go the agent forgot to activate the roaming option I am abroad cannot receive or make calls pathetic tried contact on the messaging system hope it’s will be done at time poor service and wait time hours
