Replacement PAYG SIM

I am trying to order a new PAYG SIM for my 85 yr old mother who has had a new phone which her existing SIM does not fit.  We are logged into her online account but can't see any way to request a new SIM and seem to be going round in circles with no way to contact anyone other than by phone and she can't ring and I am not with her. Thanks

Have a look at her sim as she may have a multisim where you can push the centre part (push from opposite side to gold contacts" and it becomes a nanosim. EE have for many years supplied a multi sim where it looks like the old sims, then a small surround then nano.

If you can do that with sim then you just then put the smaller sim you have pushed out into phone
