trying to top up with a voucher, AGAIN

here we go Again trying to top up with  a voucher, It will not give me the option to use my voucher when i call & it will not give me  the option to use my voucher  on the PC, what am i supposed to do ?

Adding new card for payment

I have a recurring card payment. Im trying to change the card that it uses. I add a new card. I add the details. I click submit. The form empties. Ive tried clearing cookies and changin which device I'm doing it on.

Phone hibernated

Hello My phone has been hibernated.  I have called EE phone Skype today and they told be that they were going to reactivate it.  So far nothing.  Does anyone know how long does it take to be active again?  I dont want to pay to call them again.

Resolved! Unable to purchase sims via online account

When I am either already logged in or try to login to purchase a new sim, I get a technical error which doesnt allow me to purchase the sim for my account.

Subscription pack not working

I can’t purchase a subscription pack online or on the app and I can’t call or text ee as they  are saying I have no credit available to call has anyone got any advice on how to contact them without going into a store ?
