Can't call lebara number

Hi FolksAs soon as I want to call my partner lebara number, system says I've dialled incorrect number. From other phone I can call the lebara number,, so definitely I've  some issue I my sisde, any idea folks what's cause this issue?

Everytime I try and call someone I get hit with a "you need to top up" and everytime someone calls me nothing comes in on my end. I have topped up £5 and I still have the same issue.
