Hi
My phone shows ‘Couldn’t activate cellular data network.’ since I’ve arrived France today.
Cellular data on, Roaming on and Network selection isn’t ‘Auto’.
I’ve got a message that is ‘Great news! You now have access to your pack allowances for 24 hours.’ from 150.
Could anyone pls tell me what should I do?

Could you try manually connecting to a different French network please?

I did. But it didn’t work. Also I switched off the phone and nothing changed.

What happened when you tried to connect, @Zxcvbn_1? Did you get any error messages? Have you seen a signal in the top corner of your phone from a French network since arriving?
Pay as you Go SIM cards are only activated for roaming if the SIM was used to make a call or send a text message within the UK before travelling. Did you do that, if you're on pay as you go?

It is shon that ‘could not activate cellular data network. Turn on cellular data or use wifi.’
I’ve already turned on cellular data and roaming on.
when I arrived France, I texted ‘ROAMEU1D’ and then got a msg like ‘Great news! You now have access to your pack allowances for 24 hours.’
However, I can’t connect to internet without wifi.

Do your calls and text messages work, @Zxcvbn_1?
Could you try changing this network mode: Tap Settings > Mobile Service > Mobile Data options > Voice & Data between 5G and 4G, to see if it makes a difference please?
