Subscription not activating

Hi, I last used my EE SIM in Oct 2023...Just landed in London and having majornpriblems getting a 20GB 30 day pack. EE took my payment of £20 for the Top Up, but states there is an error every time I try to buy the Pack. Any ideas appreciated.Russ
