PAYG SIM - Can’t do anything

Hello, I purchased a PAYG Sim with a £15 subscription pack a month ago. I have put the sim into the phone knowing the original subscription pack will have expired, my number has ported over from Three but phone is saying No Sim, I can’t make calls or send texts. Struggling to buy a new subscription etc

@Rossi83 : If the SIM hadn't been used since you bought it, it should still have the pack as it doesn't start until you attempt to use it.

What does texting AL to 150 from your no. fully report verbatim (it is free)?
